FILL THE DOME

The Rams have no wins.

Their fans are desperate to unload tickets.  They can be had for less than $50 a seat.

St. Louis is just four hours away.

Here's a map.  It's time for a road trip, Colts' fans. If you've wanted to see the Horse in action this year, but you can't get cheap tix to the Luke, head down I-70 all the way to Saint Louis.  Let's fill their dome and force at least one false start on their offense by the crowd noise.  This is the perfect road trip destination.  The drive is easy.

I can't imagine being a Rams fan and going to this game. The spread is 14, and that will go up.

Unless you figure, hey, this may be my last chance to see Manning in person, given the rotating schedule.
Easy drive but boring

I live in Indy and have family in St. Louis. I've made that drive more times than I can remember. There's not much to see. Bring someone with you so you don't fall asleep.

When you pass Effingham and the world's largest cross (seriously), you're halfway there.
Great campaign

I don't for a second regret living on the west coast, but it would be nice to participate. Next time the Colts play Seattle I could go and cheer, but those damn espresso-amped Hawks fans are pretty loud in their own right.

Good luck mobilizing the herd; I hope thousands take advantage and make a show like the Steeler fans do (or those dastardly Titans fans in '99).
Right through Effingham

Squirrel is correct: the drive is boring, and Effingham is squarely the midpoint. You can't miss the giant cross. Unless you're asleep.

Still, it's not a bad drive with a group. Get some buddies and go. I'd be there in a heartbeat if my kids didn't have school the next day and I didn't already get to see the home games.

Does anyone else find it hilarious that the world's biggest cross is in a town called Effingham?

I drove through there 10 years ago to go to a Cards game and my buddies and I laughed ourselves sick over "Effingham" the whole way.
Wow.

My mom and dad just texted me to say that they are going to this game.....and they aren't taking me!?!?!? It has always been my dream to go to an away game. I may now have to hate them until the season is over at the earliest.
I will be in attendance

I decided to check out ticket prices for this game because although I live in Indiana its only a 3 hr drive to St. Louis. To my surprise the tickets I got were $47.25 and that includes the shipping. And they are actually decent seats. I got a clear view of the whole feild. Only downfall is they are tickets on the Rams side. There were tickets on ticket master for seats RIGHT behind the Colts bench starting at 115 bucks a ticket so you would be looking at roughly 120 bucks for a DAMN good seat. If you want cheap tickets this is the game to get them too!
