Some of the reasons for picking (either team, but much more so for Saints) are just ridiculous.

"David Fleming Saints, 37-34 The bigger the game the more likely finesse yields to physical."

Really, David?

"Greg Garber Colts, 27-21 Indy has been here -- literally, in Miami -- and done that. Experience takes down first-time Saints."

Experience is overrated, and the Cards gave the Steelers a great game last year.

"Seth Wickersham Saints, 34-28 The NFC is simply stronger than the AFC this year. The Saints' road to the Super Bowl was tougher than the Colts', whose defense won't look as good against Drew Brees as it did against Joe Flacco and Mark Sanchez."

Really? The Colts were head and shoulders above the rest of the AFC, and the NFC for that matter. Besides that, overall conference strength is meaningless.

There's more, and it's disappointing that that actually passes as analysis. Have a good reason for picking them, and don't be dumb like:

"Jon Gruden Saints, 30-27 It's the Saints' year. Who Dat!"

Hey, thanks for giving us insight with your amazing access and knowledge, Jon!

...So the Colts "don't have the heart of a champion" but they will win the SB? Maybe you can explain your logic, Tedy. Or was it a Left sided stroke you suffered?
